If you asked the people around you to share what they see as your unique qualities, how would you feel about their responses? Did anything surprise you or challenge your perspective?
How does it feel to know that every detail of who you are, your thoughts, your experiences, your strengths, and even your struggles, is known and cherished by God?
Are there areas of your life where you’ve held back from stepping into your calling because you underestimated how God has shaped and prepared you?
How might trusting God’s intentional design for you give you courage to move boldly in your purpose?
REFLECTION
PERSONAL REFLECTION
When I think about what makes me unique, I often wonder if others notice those parts of me too. Is it my past experiences that shaped me into who I am? The lessons I had to learn the hard way that built my character? My childhood, my family dynamics, or the friends I spent time with? Did those people play a role in shaping me? What about the opportunities I’ve had in my career? If my path had been different, would I even be the same person?
Sometimes, looking at my life from the outside, I wonder what others see. I know I can feel misunderstood at times. I do my best to accept and embrace who I am, but there’s a persistent tug to challenge myself more, to step fully into my calling. Even with all the years I’ve poured into my career, I don’t feel like this is the full purpose God has for me. I’ve been praying for guidance, asking God to lead me to the true and unique purpose He has designed for my life. I think I may have an answer to that question but I’m continuing to pray over it and to trust that however it works out is God’s will. I want to fully surrender to His will for my life. - Angie
